Last nite was a bit of test - we always have 'family dinner nite' at my Mom's on Tuesday's (weekends are entirely too busy with kids sports & church, etc.) anyway, Mom made her 'homemade' pizza, which let me tell you is freakin' WAYY better then any pizza joint. I knew her plans before I got there, so I stopped and got some large salads for ALL of us to eat - I was soo proud of myself I ate just ONE med. size piece!! And a HUGE salad to fill me up. Wasn't easy - especially because it smelled soo good! Also with my sister & Mom drinking their diet pops .., but I had Crystal lite.
I did circuit 1 of the work out while at my Mom's and even got my sister to do it with me - and my nephew, which was hilarious because he's only 1 1/2 and he fell on the ground laughing at us doing our 'kicks' LOL.
I got the kids home and to bed ,and worked on the rest of my work out.., Was hard, but I managed.
As far as my 'steps' I will have no problem completing those this week. I have '4 stories' in my house. My daughters' room is the entire attic, the floor underneath is my bedroom and my son's and the bathroom, then the next floor is living room and kitchen, then next floor is the basement - I do ALL the laundry for all 5 of us (sometimes 6 when my step son is there), and let me tell you those stairs can be killer especially carrying full baskets of laundry. So my housework is my OTHER workout. Trust me, I break a sweat =)
Breakfast today: I was actually running early enough to stop and get something (which NEVER happens, I'm habitually late), so I picked up a subway breakfast. They were out of flatbread & wheat, so I got italian. It has less calories actually then the wheat anyway, I got egg whites , ham, provolone cheese, spinach, lettuce, cucumbers, and lite mayo. For lunch I brought the leftover salad from last nite, and also some of the buffalo chicken lunch meat I have been eating this week -I will add it to the salad to be more filling & give me some extra protein.
Today is a rare 'free' nite at our house, which means no where to be but home! My eldest has been sick, but went back to school today so she's going to have a lot of catch up homework to do, but I should be able to finish my work out EARLY (I HOPE!), and also get laundry done i.e, get my steps in!
I appreciate everyone's support, and encouragement. I want to keep my motivation HIGH and I want to achieve my goal this time, not just keep putting it off!
